We offer FTP transfer to reduce cost and expidite job completion for our clients. File Tranfer Protocol is used to transfers your large documents directly to our servers.
Files over 5MB (there is a 200MB cap on file size when uploading to our FTP site, files under 5MB can be emailed directly to us at coloursinc@coloursinc.com) should be uploaded to our FTP site. Before you compress your documents we request that you fill out our preflight checklist form to help avoid any delays completing your project. We recommend that you zip or stuff the files you have into one file.You will need to download FTP client software to transfer your files to Colours, Inc. Once you have installed the ftp client software you will need to input the password and username info in the new connection window.

When you have connected to our ftp site you can tranfer files at your leasure. Once you have completed uploading your files to our site we ask that you email us with the specifications for the output (print surface size and fininshing), or fill out our printing order form and fax it to 703.998.7187 attention Rick Grinberg.
